RMA Policy
Eagle Touch Warrantee:
1. Product Limited Warranty

Eagle touch covered by a limited 1yearsmanufacturer warranty for Touch screen, 3 years limited warranty form embedded motherboard and MINI PC (which CPU and chip set will be 1 year Warrantee provided by Intel) from the date of delivery to the customers. Any products that are found to be defective within that warranty period will be replaced or repaired. Which not apply to the follow situation:
  • Defects in materials and/or workmanship, which occur during normal wear and proper use.

  • Those products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration or modification.

  • Any damage that occurs in shipment or due to natural phenomenon (e.g. lightning).

  • The original serial number on the product is removed by accident or intentionally.

During the warranty period, Eagle will repair, replace or credit all defective products, provided that they are returned to Eagle Touch, Eagle Touch has the sole discretion to determine whether a particular product will be either repaired or replaced. Products that are out-of-warranty provided will be also able to repaired, such repair may charge for the certain component replacement or repairing charge fee circumstantially.
